Sadly, there is no easy way. You may have to start fresh or re-enter transactions into an older copy of your data file.
BTW, you do not need a 15 y.o computer to do this. You can run QM2007 on any INTEL computer that can run macOS 10.14 (only 4 years old) or older. OR (though not for everyone) you can run QM2007 in a virtual machine that can run macOS 10.14 or older, on any INTEL based Mac (and if you are adventurous, even on a INTEL PC).

Sure, get a 15 year old computer and enter all transactions manually.
