Dropbox offer question

Tried to take advantage of free Dropbox offer. Logged in, entered password provided, it froze up. So I got out of it and began from scratch. Again generated password, entered it, got "password already used" error message. I accessed my regular Dropbox account, couldn't find Quicken backup, so it doesn't look like it took the first time. What is the problem? Did it or did it not backup to Dropbox? If so, where is it. Tried to initiate support chat, but it began than bumped me off after after a few seconds...twice. Gremlins hard at work today. Thanks for help. Happy Holidays.

When you backup, select the Dropbox folder as your backup location and then select save. When you open Dropbox again from your desktop you should see your Quicken file. The next time you save your Quicken data file and choose Dropbox as your save location, the Quicken data file will display by default. When you select "save" you will see a message asking if you want to overwrite the existing file, so select yes.0

Tried above suggestion. No dice. After backup to DB, opened DB as usual. Quicken BU not there. Where could it have gone to? Is the free DB for Quicken a separate DB account than the free one I already have?0

You can add the 5GB DB offer from Quicken to your free DB account. Go to www.dropbox.com/coupon and enter the coupon code from your quicken.com account. If it doesn't work, you need to contact Quicken Customer Care.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
