Security Overview is not working? I get a 404 Not Found screen. Using version 6.10.03.
Jackbert
I get a 404 Not Found web page when clicking on "Security Overview". This has been happening since the last two Quicken MAC updates. I am using Quicken MAC version 6.10.03 that was release earlier in November 2022.

1) What URL appears in the Browser Address Bar?
2) What Browser is the 404 error appearing in?
3) Do you use something other than a direct internet connection? Things like a VPN, anti-virus software, employer secure network could all result in a problem like this.

Just adding that I'm not seeing the problem you're describing; when I click Security Overview for a security, it opens the appropriate investing.quicken.com web page for the security.

Also, if you're trying to look at something like a 401K fund it might be a customized mutual fund specific to your organization, in which case they might not have any information on it. That was the case with my old 401K plan.

Jon, thanks for the response. Funny thing is that the Security Overview worked before the last two upgrades. This issue happens to all my equity securities which include stocks, ETFs and mutual funds.

Ihhossus,
Your third suggestion fixed my Security Overview issue. I started using a VPN a few months ago and that is about the time when the "404 error" started. I turned off the VPN connection and boom. The Security
Overview page appears. Thank you for the the response and sharing your knowledge with me.
Also, I would like to thanks others who responded to my issue. I am amazed at the number and quickness of the responses.
