Chase Accounts Not Downloading Transactions - Quicken Help Says No Solution Yet

Was just chatting with Antonio in Quicken help.
"Hi, I did the Chase upgrade, but when I update, no new transactions come over, after late September. I can see the transactions in Chase.com. When I update to pull them into quicken it comes back, says everything was fine, but did not bring the transactions over."
His response is that this is a known issue for the last 3 weeks, they have been working on it, but no solution, no work around yet.
I'm noticing when I do a update on a target chase account, it shows a pop up with the last 4 digits of the target account, logs in fine, comes back all green, but simply will bring in the new transactions since September.
Anyone else been told that that this is a three week old issue, with no resolution in sight?

There is an Alert posted going back to mid-Sep that sounds like what you are talking about:ONGOING 11/18/22 Chase - No downloaded transactions. The latest update (from 11/18) says they are getting close to a solution.
