Bank of America still not downloading transactions after the new patch of 11/23

New transactions from Bank of America are still not loading even after I have downloaded the new patch from 11/22. This is not from a new account, and I did succeed in downloading transactions on 11/18, so I don't think that this issue falls into the "Known issues". This is why I am creating a new thread for this, and all of the transactions I am missing from Bank of America have been cleared for 2-3 days already on their web-site, and these are not on new accounts.
