Select all to include old accounts

Create Report, Selected accounts, Show Separate Accounts, Select All. Does not select all. Old accounts unchecked.

    Are those "old" accounts marked as Separate?  If so, they're not supposed to be included ... that's what "Separate" means.
    Showing Separate doesn't cause them to be included ... you need to select them individually.
