Anyone else having issues with reconciling an account?

I selected Reconcile for my BofA Checking account and it displayed the current balance and previous balance for one of my credit cards that I had just reconciled!!!
And my credit card I previously reconciled showed incorrect balances in the History for the entire year!!
I'm a long-time Quicken user, done this diligently every month for last few years, as long as I've used cloud-based Quicken. (Used desktop version for years previously).

    Hi Anja, thank you for replying. I just didn't have time to wait for 30 minutes for a chat. I'll try again today and do some screen shots. Is there a way I can email you details and include some screen shots? I just do not have time to sit at my computer for 30 minutes today to try and resolve this.
