I've experienced a similar issue where transactions belonging to one account at a FI downloaded into a different account from the same FI. I deactivated and reactivated the connections and seems ok for the moment - won't know until more new transactions are queued to me by the FI.0

I am sorry to hear about these problems with transactions appearing in the wrong accounts. Thank you for talking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
I am glad that some progress seems to have been made. If you get the chance, I do have some additional questions about this situation. Is this happening with a particular Financial Institution, and if so, which one? What connection method are you currently making use of in order to add or link your accounts to online banking services? Please note that you can verify this anytime by going to Tools > Account List and then clicking on the Edit button in the row associated with the affected accounts. Next, go to the Online Services tab in the new window that appears afterward. The information we are looking for should be found under the Online Setup callout box.
Let us know more about this, if you get the chance.
Thank you,

The issue happened with one of my 3 TD Ameritrade brokerage accounts. Account B received downloaded transactions that belonged in account A. TD uses 'Direct Connect'.
Like my Schwab problems described in another post, I deactivated and then activated downloads for the 3 TD accounts again -- and no transactions have come down to the wrong place.
I won't know until tomorrow or soon if the problem is solved -- until the next batch of new transactions download.
Thanks/jim0
