Anyone here downloading transactions from TastyWorks

I just started downloading transactions from the TastyWorks brokerage.

I immediately noticed one huge problem: every transaction is shown as an addition to the account cash balance. I sell a stock, it adds to the cash balance. I buy a stock, it adds to the cash balance.

Apparently, no one at TastyWorks support actually uses Quicken, so they are convinced it's a Quicken problem. I don't think so, I think Quicken is shown the transactions as Tastyworks is sending them. Very sadly, there appears to be no way to see what TastyWorks is actually sending.

Is anyone else here downloading transactions from Tastyworks? And, if so, are you seeing the same problem?

Thanks

    You can see what is being sent.
    Go to: Help->Contact Support->Log Files->OFX Files
    Save the file and open it with either Notepad or Wordpad and search away.  I would do a One Step Update of just TastyWorks right before doing this so that their stuff is the last stuff in the file and it will be at the bottom.
    Have fun reading it, it ain't fun, but after awhile, it starts to make sense.
