Citi Visa (Costco) will not update or deactivate accts.

I have been unable to update two Citibank Visas since November. The downloads have been fairly reliable until 2022. When I attempt to update the accounts now, Quicken freezes, flashes the current date in the date field a couple of times, and then stops responding. It does the same thing when I try to deactivate the accounts. Freeze and crash. I am using Q Deluxe, R45.13, Build 27.1.45.13. I've seen several discussions about this issue and the recommendations to deactivate the accounts, but I can't even do that. Other credit cards and financial institutions update without a problem. The word "Citi" apparently sends Quicken off the deep end. I'd appreciate your suggestions.

If you haven't done so already, please do the following actions:
- Even if you are on the latest software level already, download and install the latest Mondo Patch file from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-mondo-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product to ensure your Quicken software is up to date and correctly installed.
- Reboot Windows.
- Validate and Supervalidate your Quicken data file.
- If nothing helps, try to restore your Quicken data file from an Automatic or Manual backup taken just prior to the problems first occurring. https://www.quicken.com/support/how-backup-or-restore-your-quicken-data
