My portfolio quotations are way off for the first 20 minutes after the market opens.

Are you using Real Time Quotes?

If you are, keep in mind that "real time" is not truly real time since it takes time to get the quotes and update your securities in Quicken. On a day like today that could lead to some big differences.

If you are not, your quotes are delayed at least 15 minutes so you are probably seeing yesterday's values.

The Real time Quotes option is available to US customers Premier and up. You can enable and disable it by going to Edit > Preferences > Investments
