why can't i connect to Bank Of America

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
For about 2 months now i cannot download my transactions from BOA, it tries to connect but then gets stuck in the loop and the screen freezes and quicken shuts down the same thing happens when I try to reset my account in online services .
