Looking for advise

I had to change computers and my old MSMoney files transferred over, but the operating system did not. This seemed like a good time to switch to Quicken, I went with Quicken Deluxe (personal finances only, no business applications). The challenge I could use some help with is accessing the backup of MSMoney, which has years of data that I do not want to lose, in Quicken. Any advice is appreciated, and thanks.
