Account on my Quicken is stuck with us currency.

All others are ok, Canadian . Help is not clear as it has instructions that don't match the features in adding new accounts. In Folder edit, the US rate is faded out
Is that account associated with either of the following:
- a Scotia Bank account
- a bank or credit card account that has no new transactions within the last 30, 60, or 90 days
