Setting up Quicken

I have just purchased and downloaded Quicken Deluxe. I have 2 questions. I am a person that needs printed instructions to set up anything. I can't find anything like that, that I can print off. Second question, I am trying to just set up my bank accounts from Bank of America and I keep seeing a screen that says timed out. Where do I get help with

    @ginnycarter1 - do you have a user name and password to BofA's online banking environment? that is required.... otherwise suggest calling Quicken support on Monday.... as far as written instructions, might be best to purchase 'quicken for dummies' or borrow from the library,

    To access Quicken Help simply press the F1 key from anywhere in Quicken (or click Help in the Menu bar, then click Quicken Help).
     Once Help has started, use the Search tab to search using keywords, e.g., "buy security".
    Some Quicken view screens may have a blue (or yellow) button with a question mark. Click it to get view - specific help.
