"Quicken Cloud is temporarily unavailable" error - how to resolve? (Q Mac)

I continue getting "Quicken Cloud is temporarily unavailable" error when trying to download, 10 days after it was marked as resolved. Sometimes SOME accounts would succeed in downloading, but most often, none do. Does anyone have advice on how to address this (Quicken for Mac subscription 6.10.3)?

    If you are still receiving an error after the alert was marked resolved, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real time or escalate the situation if needed.
