How can I update the "One step update" settings?

I have two BoA checking accounts and three credit cards. I updated the checking accounts to "Expressed Web Connect". In doing so I One Step Update now runs twice for the BoA accounts. Once for one of the checking accounts and three CC's. And then a second time for the other checking account.
How can I update the settings so One Step Update runs once for all five accounts?

Hi @davecreasy
Can you give us a little more information so that we can assess your situation and issue(s)?
Are all the above accounts in the same person's name, or are there two or more account holders? Is this brand new behavior, or has this happened since you initially setup downloads for these accounts? Are the credit cards all bank cards or are they a combination of bank and perhaps other retailers?
Any additional information will be halpful.
Thanks.

All accounts are joint accounts with my wife and myself. This is a new occurrence. All five accounts are with Bank of America.
This happened when I updated my BoA accounts from "Direct Connect" to "Express Web Connect". One of the checking accounts was initially rejected for Express Web Connect. When I re-ran the update, the 2nd checking account is now listed as a separate update.0 -
I have 3 BoA accounts and had a similar problem. I had to deactivate all accounts and then reactivate all the accounts at the same time.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100

Got it. Should be a simple fix. I thought that would do it but was reluctant to try it as these "simple" fixes" don't always go as planned.
Thanks again0 -
Hi again @davecreasy
I believe the most likely cause of the "more than one download" is that the accounts (in Quicken - for downloading purposes) are currently setup under two different user names (your's and your spouse"s).
However, it also could be that you are downloading one or more accounts under the new "Express Web Connect +" method which BOA just began transitioning to. You can determine whether this is the cause easily by opening the account register > clicking on the little "Gear" icon in the upper right and selecting "Edit Account Details" > then click on the "Online Services" tab. The connection type will appear in the "Online Setup" box.
Let me know what you find.
