Accounts don't show last downloaded date and time

Two different banks on showes it downloaded with date and time the other bank don't show that it downloaded.

Are you sure that this account is actually activated for downloading? Or did it get dropped off somehow?
Look in Edit Account Details for info about this account. Select the Online Services tab.
Create a screen image snapshot of this window, edit it to black out any personal information. Save the image to a JPG, PNG or GIF file and attach it here in your next comment.

When you go into Tools / One Step Update, enter the Vault password and click "Settings" you'll get to the OSU Settings panel. Are those accounts selected with checkmarks to enable downloading? If not, click to checkmark and the run an OSU ... to download transactions and to save the changed settings.

This is a problem with some EWC and all DC accounts. It has nothing to do with which accounts are selected for updating and is a programming issue that has come back again. I spent months working with Quicken to solve this unacknowledged issue in mid-2021. Why is it back again???? Totally frustrating lack of quality control. Can you spell Mint?0
