Quicken Update Version R45.21 (HF3) (Dec, 2022)

Ever since I installed this update, my credit card accounts won't download transactions. I have deactivated and reset all accounts including my checking/savings accounts because they weren't downloading either (they do now) but the credit card accounts still won't update correctly.

    The update should have backed up your data file (C:\UserName\Documents\Quicken\Backup\Data File Name.QDF-backup. Open that file and see if the issue still exists.

    Anyone else having trouble after install update R45.21? I can't save scheduled transactions, also having trouble saving transactions with split categories.
