Web Connect + accounts are not downloading?

Spent 30 minutes with Support line. I'm having trouble with accounts that use Web Connect + not downloading, since 12/16/22.
Apparently this is a known issue?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with these issues.
We do currently have active alerts regarding users being unable to download transactions with their Chase accounts and their Charles Schwab accounts. You may follow the links here and here to access those alerts where you may bookmark the alerts in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

OK. There has been an issue downloading for several months.
I guess I was lucky to not see it until this week.
