Financial Institution download - receive "red dots" [edit]

I have Deluxe (windows), when I download my financial institutions data. I receive red dots instead of the green ones. There no error message regarding this program. HELP!

    I am sorry about these issues you are experiencing. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

    Can you tell us more about the issue you are experiencing, in order that we may be of greater assistnace? What financial institution is associated with the affected account(s)? Also, are you noticing that you do not have a positive account balance, or that your account balance is inaccurate? Are you noticing any error messages, and if so, what kind?

    I'm having problem with download with Bank of America, GM financial, Quicken Loans and Sound Credit Union. everything is going great until end and dot go red on the download. I have reset and/or starting over my institutions, till go red dots.

    Thank you for getting back to me about this, and letting me know what financial institutions are involved.

    I am still unclear; are you receiving error messages in relation to any of these accounts and if so, what error codes or numbers are associated with them? Are you seeing the red dots in the pop-up window entitled One Step Update Summary?

    I look forward to corresponding about this further, and I hope to provide further instructions, once I know more about the situation.

    I resolved the problem I was having. One of my transactions was causing the Q syncing not to completed. Causing the problem in the first place. Sometimes I copy and paste transactions to do things quicker.
