When is the On-line balance not updating going to be fixed?

Chase on line balance will not update and my accounts will no longer reconcile.

    @p28443 - what version of WINDOWS are you on?  have you contacted Support via the 800 number?

    Thanks for getting back. The situation got worse to the point that I could not download any transactions using the update feature. It turns out the my quicken file contained corrupt data. I used repair data tool, eliminated bad records, then archived old data going back to 2006. I then exported the data and preferences and then imported everything to a new file. It's working better than ever (faster and no longer hanging up the software).
