Unable to access Log files

At the bottom of the Help the pull down menu is the option "Contact Support". When you click on that it provides several options one of which is "Log Files" Select that option should provide access to a number of log file shown below. Instead, I get the first screenshot. Click on the refresh screen I get the second screen shot. I am supposed to get the 3rd screen shot. Anyone have an answer?

    With Quicken closed, use Window File Explorer to delete this folder:
    C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache

    When you restart Quicken you should now be able to view the logs.
