What on earth is going on here? Latest download, today, shows Schwab brokerage account with red flag indicating new entries -- and those all turn out to be 1,847,602,464 placeholder entries (0 downloaded transactions! Windows 10, Quicken R45.21, Build 27.1.45.21.

How am I supposed to fix this?

    Wow, that is crazy!

I’m assuming from the screen shot, you are able to open the account register and see the previous transactions?

Seems to have healed itself once I shut down and reopened Quicken (which was unresponsive), saved a backup, opened a new test file and added the same account and downloaded, then reopened the original file. Very weird. But we Quicken users are accustomed to weird, eh?

Glad you got the issue straightened out. Definitely used to seeing some weird issues with Quicken, but 1.8 billion placeholders was a new one!
