New User - I am only seeing Expenses when working with Budgets

So - I purchased Quicken Deluxe. I went thru the painstaking process of setting up expenses in my first budget - only to find out - I can't setup income. What is the workaround here - other than asking for a refund?
Have you selected Personal Income in the list in the left hand pane of the Select Categories to Budget window? That will change the list in the right hand pane to income categories.Quicken user since Q1999. Currently using QW2017.
