Product Ideas - Quicken for Windows?!?

One of the New Idea categories is Product Ideas - Quicken for Windows, but since it doesn't have a subcategory, there is no way to post or submit anything. Does Quicken support actually maintain the Quicken Community website, or is it on autopilot until end of its life?!?

    Anyway, similarly, my product idea is to modernize Quicken. Quicken is creaky old beyond imagination. You all need to take some of our subscription revenue and invest it into modernizing Quicken's code base and just tweaking features.
