Add Health Equity Account

Attempting to add a Health Equity HSA account, www.healthequity.com , to Quicken for Mac. Health Equity 'Help' indicates it will integrate with Quicken and Quicken will send a two factor authentication code. HE is available in Quicken as a selection when adding account. Login and connecting to HE through Quicken seems normal. HE (not Quicken) sends a two factor authentication code via email. Quicken does not prompt for a code. The Quicken connection eventually times out indicating there is a problem and to try again later. Will HE connect/download to Quicken? Does Quicken support two factor authentication by an account site?
