First time user - unable to add any account

After selecting the institution and entering my credentials i just get the progress circle, but nothing happens until it finally stops trying. Not the first day of using quicken i was hoping for.

Ditto. I've been a subscriber for over a year but haven't used it in awhile. I downloaded the newest version today and have been trying to reconnect all of my accounts and get the spinning wheel telling me it's trying to connect but never does. Cleared my cache, etc. but not working at all.0

Seems to be back in order
Test it again, I was successful updating all my accounts0
