Accounts not updating- true for Windows AND for Quicken Mac and Canadian FIs

Since today (Jan 2nd ), accounts are not updating, 

MFA are issue by banks, but Quicken does not open the window to enter the code/number
or it does not connect at all

Accounts are not updated, but when it stops after a long while, the Connectivity status shows all accounts updated
which is not true, no account are update, no transactions are downloaded

PLease fix and do NOT merge this post in a Window post or one that is already closed for more than a year

Just update us on the problem asap
