Feedback on Long Term Capital Gains not showing in Budget

Longterm capital gains does show in budget on Quicken for Mac Version 6.10.3.
I have seen discussions on this topic but no answers. I believe the reason is clear in the attached image. In green at the bottom shows Div transaction on the right side it shows the category as dividend income. This is a legitimate budget category and works,
In red at the top the type shows shows long-term capital gain. On the right side it shows the category as Reinvest Long-term Capital Gain. This is not a legitimate budget category and therefore doesn't work.
There is no way to share this withQuicken except here.
