How can I access the planning tab?

It isn't under the view tab. I looked up in a forum and it mentioned a version... does it now show on mac versions? I did updates but it still doesn't reflect. Suggestions?

    The Mac version does not have a "Planning" tab.

    Information referencing this is for the Windows version.
