January 2023 Loan transfers have the same principal and interest as December (Q Mac)

I noticed that starting with my January 2023 Loan transfers that the principal and interest are the same as December. I have already entered a transfer for the 1st of Feb and the numbers are the same as Dec and Jan. This is occurring for all loans that are not interest free.

    when I look at the Loan Account in Quicken the "Scheduled Payments" do show the principal and interest changing but not after the entry is made
