PA 529 Investment Plan Shares / Account Values

Hi,
I've successfully been able to connect to the PA 529 Investment plan via their aggregator. However, while I see the correct accounts, no data is downloaded - no transactions, or even shares or account values. Has anyone figured out how to get this to work?
