One of my Merrill Lynch investment accounts cash balance is not downloading. The others do. Why?

This account use to have no problems doing this. Why did it change. All the other accounts (I have several) work.

I don't know if this helps. What I discovered is that, in that particular account, I had a lot of cash. I took all that cash and moved it to a "Perferred Deposit" (cash account attached to the same account). Therefore, there were 2 cash accounts attached to the account. I believe this is what is causing it. I still have the "Perferred Deposit" so I don't know if it will be correct once I use the cash in the "Preferred Deposit".0
