Reports Not Showing All Transactions (Q Mac)

I have been struggling to get my reports to show all transactions. Specifically, I want to see Target and Venmo expenses. Both are ID'ed as Transfers but I recategorized them as expenses. These expenses do not show up in my regular reports.
