Renaming Rules Broken?

Recently, some of my Renaming Rules seem to have stopped working.
When editing a new payee in a downloaded transaction, no more popups asking to create new rule.
Some existing rules no longer rename the payee.

Hello @Eastwayroad,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
First, I would like to make sure that you have confirmed that the renaming rules do still show up in your list and are still active?
Next, I suggest that you please try validating and/or super validating your data file. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Super Validate:- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Please come back and update us!-Quicken Jasmine
