Balance disparity

One of my credit card accounts is showing a balance of -$192.69, but the transaction registry is showing $0.00. The online credit card web site is showing a balance of -$37.80 as the payment of $37.80 has not yet cleared. Just noticed another (seldom used) of my credit cards is also incorrect. Checked all the others are correct.

I have the same thing on my checking account. Negative balance in the list but the register shows the correct amount. How does this affect the overall subtotals and Net worth amounts being reported?

Account balance report shows correct balance, not -$192.89.
