Why Can't I do a Simple Profit and Loss Statement in QH&B??

It's seems so simple but I don't see it.

Want to run a simple profit and lost by property owned on what every date range I want.

I am able to get Income & Expenses but it's not giving me the bottom line -Net Profit?

Also on the Rental Property Tab > Profit and Loss sub tab only give the ability to do it by month (I should be able to select a date range).

Please fix these issues.
