Online Bank Balance NOT updating

Since 12/19/2022 my online bank balances are NOT updating. I bank with 10 different banks (savings, checking, credit cards, etc) and not one bank balance has been updated in Quicken (v R45-21 Windows 10) since that date. What the hell?
I have been using Quicken since 1996 so I am FAR from a newbie. No settings have changed, the program just doesn't work as it should. It's also very slow and "glitchy" when moving from account to account.
My banks include Capital One, Chase, Citibank, along with several small local banks and I've never had this issue in the past. Of it was just one bank balance not updating I'd say it was an issue with that bank, but all 10 of my banks develop the same issue at the same time? Seems unlikely.
