Old transactions downloaded after doing year-end copy

I start a new Quicken file every year and have always used the "create a year-end archive" function. When I did it this year, one of my credit card accounts downloaded a bunch of 2022 transactions from mid-June through mid-August. I'll have to make a manual entry to get the Quicken balance to equal the actual credit card balance. This has never happened before so I'm curious what caused this and whether it was something I did inadvertently. I should mention that I never reconcile my CC accounts so the entries all show "c" beside them ration than "R".

Unreconciled transactions and investments transactions won't be cleared out.  Most of the users here recommend you continue on in the same file.
