cannot log into my quicken account

I recently downloaded Quicken on a second computer. I was having trouble opening my files. I was then unable to log into my account. said "invalid credentials". I was prompted to change my password. Did so many times with no effect. I do have a VPN but disabled it. Made no difference.

I have no problems logging in to my primary laptop or using the program.

I uninstalled Quicken on my second laptop with the intention of re-installing it.
Cannot log into my account so I am stuck.

I am travelling Monday and support is closed. Can someone offer suggestions. Thanks
