Quicken Won't Boot Up

Every time I try to start Quicken I keep getting the popup window "Failed to create file dump : (error 183)" It freezes then kicks me out. I even tried reinstalling. Any ideas?

This sounds like a system error, not a Quicken error. I'm not a computer expert but if I am correct about this then your post would probably be a better fit for some other type of forum. I did find this article about this error message that you might find helpful:
