Updated Fidelity NetBenefits User Id
dug987fu
Recently, Fidelity requested users to change their account id from their SS# to a user name. I support this and made the update. While attempting to update my account in Quicken I no longer have access. I went to setup and updated my account name and entered my password instead of a PIN. Quicken wants a PIN but I don't believe a PIN is valid for my account any longer. I have a password which I entered for the PIN but that failed. I also use 2-factor authentication which I have not been prompted for in Quicken. Is Quicken now incompatible with Fidelity NetBenefits account authentication?
