Missing Chase Account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I have multiple Chase accounts and one account doesn't appear in my list of accounts. It also happens to be my main checking account. Any ideas on how to correct this? All other accounts appear to be correct.

Hi @Meatsauce,
Did the "missing" account ever appear on your list of accounts - but it just disappeared, or did you not actually setup this account before? Is the ownership of the account a "joint account", and if so, that account could have different credentials with the bank and that would require another "connection" for Quicken.
Get back to me and we'll go from there.
