Cannot log in with any Quicken ID -password
Hello, new to Quicken after a decade of absence. Started using Quickbook so decided to try Quicken again. I have a new Quicken ID which I share with Quickbook and wanted to use my old intiuit ID when I used Quicken and TurboTax in the past. I am not sure if that confused it but I cannot log in at all except for just one time. Ive reset my password 20 times and changed back to new Quicken ID and still no go. I have checked spelling multiple times. No go! Help!!
