Cannot log in with any Quicken ID -password

Hello, new to Quicken after a decade of absence. Started using Quickbook so decided to try Quicken again. I have a new Quicken ID which I share with Quickbook and wanted to use my old intiuit ID when I used Quicken and TurboTax in the past. I am not sure if that confused it but I cannot log in at all except for just one time. Ive reset my password 20 times and changed back to new Quicken ID and still no go. I have checked spelling multiple times. No go! Help!!

First, Intuit hasn't owned Quicken in 6 years so there's no connection between an Intuit ID and a Quicken ID. You should login to Quicken with the same Quicken ID/password you used for the Quicken Community. Are you using a VPN by any chance?Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 100
