Incorrect password wrongly reported

I used to be able to download transactions for this credit card account. Now this happens:

When I attempt to download transactions for a US Bank credit card, Quicken reports CC-503 and no transactions are downloaded. The userid and password are correct. The error message is erroneous. How do I fix this?

I have already done that. It just repeats the possible user errors. This is not a user error. Next suggestion?

BTW: I program computers for a living, so you assume that I have read and followed support articles. This is a Quicken error.

Thanks. These forums seem very limited. A test of "can you read the instructions".
