Backups not running

On R45.21 on latest Windows platform. Backups are set up to kick in every 5 uses but it no longer prompts me to backup upon exit - I have to manually run backup. Looks like this started happening in the late Nov/early Dec '22 timeframe. Anyone else seeing this issue?

    We are sorry to hear about this issue with automatic Backups. Thank you for asking about this here on the Quicken Community.

    You may try uninstalling the Quicken software using the steps listed in this Support Article, then deleting Quicken from the Program Files (x86) folder. You may then reinstall the software after following those steps using the steps listed here. Note that this will not affect your data or stored backups.
