No Brown or Blue Pencil on transactions from Mobile

I can enter transactions on my laptop and they will show the brown pencil until they clear the bank, then the pencil turns blue. If an un entered transaction downloads from the bank, it shows a Blue dot.

Any transaction that I enter on my mobile app and after I sync my laptop will come over to the laptop but no brown pencil is shown. After the sync'd transaction is cleared at the bank, it still will not show any brown or blue pencil. Can't find anything on this?
