We are sorry to hear about these issues with online billers. Thank you for speaking with us about this here on the Quicken Community.
First save a backup by navigating to
File > Copy or Backup File...
in the upper menu at the top of the screen. Next - if you haven't already - go to the
Bills & Income
tab. Next, go to the 'gear' icon in the upper right-hand side of the screen, then click Review & Repair in the dropdown menu that appears, and click
Review & Repair Online Billers
.
