How To Make Quicken's Menu Font Size Larger

I have a 4K monitor. Although Quicken's menu to View->Large Fonts works for Quicken's Account List and register, it has no affect on the Quicken's menu text (as illustrated by the image below).
How can I make these menu fonts larger without changing the Windows Display Scaling which affects all applications.
Additional Info:
I tried setting the Change high DPI settings for qw.exe properties, but they had no affect.

Have you looked at https://www.quicken.com/support/work-around-display-issues-high-resolution-monitors ?

Yes, I did. But that procedure did not help me.0

Please try this:
- Do not use View / Use Large Fonts
- Try changing Windows Control Panel / Display options for "Make text and other items … smaller or larger" to use a different scaling level, but try not to exceed 125%
- Try using the Windows Magnifier. Press the Windows logo key and the = key to open Magnifier. Customize Magnifier to increment Zoom in 25% intervals until you get something you can read without your eyes hurting.

Thank you but that will not work for me because it affects all applications.0
